Maintenance
Depending on their use, microscopes should receive routine service once or twice a year.
Let us manage this periodic, preventive maintenance for your microscopes and we'll perform the following tasks:

Pre-clean, function test & inspection

Cleaning of all optical surfaces
Lubrication of moving mechanisms (where applicable)
Adjustments and realignments
Cleaning of all external surfaces
Reassemble and set up ready fr use

Note: Minor repairs made at no extra charge. (Major repairs only completed at after discussion and at direction of customer).

Drop off or Ship
Why send your microscopes to us for service? Because work at our facility can be done at more cost-effective rates.
You can drop off equipment or ship it to us for repairs or maintenance. No contract is required, just tell us what's wrong or what you need done.

Emergency Repairs
If you need an emergency repair done, and can get the microscope to our facility, we hope to repair and return it to you within 48 hours.
You choose the level of urgency and we respond in kind! If you need us to come on site to repair, install or calibrate ... we can arrange that.

Among our other services we can offer is helping you move your optical equipment. We carefully pack your microscopes to move, and
then set them up properly at your new location. You won’t lose a moment of valuable time or sleep from your equipment being out of service.
